ModIQ acts as the development manager of Blue Gum project. Blue Gum is a contemporary residential development in Jesmond, Newcastle, designed as a premium PBSA and co-living project. Located within walking distance of the University of Newcastle and Jesmond Central, it offers excellent connectivity to the CBD, retail, and dining, delivering a convenient and vibrant student living experience.
Located in the Victorian snow mountains near Melbourne, Sky Resort is a premium development featuring high-end modules with superior thermal insulation. Strategically built during the non-tourist season, the units were transported and installed in the rugged terrain without any deformation. This project delivers a durable, energy-efficient living experience specifically designed for extreme alpine conditions.
Located in Perth, Australia, Tribe Hotel is a sophisticated 7-storey development consisting of 63 modular units. The project features a ground floor constructed with a steel structure, while 95% of the internal finishes were completed in-factory to ensure high-precision quality. By achieving a seamless delivery with no delays or returns, it stands as a landmark of modern hospitality and innovative modular construction.
